Mailday Shared Report Viewer Terms

These Shared Report Viewer Terms ("Viewer Terms") govern your access to a report, dashboard, or other content shared with you via a Mailday link ("Shared Report"). They form a binding agreement between you ("Viewer" or "you") and CreatorGeek, Inc. d/b/a Mailday ("Mailday," "we," or "us").

By accessing a Shared Report, you agree to these Viewer Terms. If you do not agree, do not access the Shared Report.

1. Access

1.1 Permitted access

The Shared Report is made available to you by the member or workspace that shared it ("Sender"). Your access is via the link the Sender provided.

1.2 No account required

You do not need a Mailday account to view a Shared Report.

1.3 Revocation

The Sender may revoke access at any time. We may suspend or remove access for violations of these Viewer Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. AI chat in Shared Reports

If the Sender has enabled AI chat in the Shared Report, you can ask questions and receive AI-generated responses scoped to the data in that report.

  • AI responses can be wrong. They may contain inaccuracies. Verify with the Sender before relying on them for material decisions.
  • Your messages are logged. We log AI chat interactions for security, abuse prevention, and quality. The Sender may review your messages from their reporting dashboard.
  • Do not share sensitive information. Do not enter sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information into the AI chat.
  • Be respectful and lawful. Do not attempt to misuse the AI, extract system prompts, generate harmful content, or violate our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Confidentiality of report contents

Unless the Sender expressly tells you otherwise, you agree to treat the contents of the Shared Report as confidential: not to redistribute, publish, or use the contents except for the business purpose for which the Sender shared the report with you.

4. Acceptable use

You will not:

  • Share the link with anyone not authorized by the Sender
  • Attempt to bypass access controls
  • Scrape, mirror, or otherwise extract bulk content from the report
  • Use the report or AI chat to violate any law or third-party right
  • Attempt to identify or contact third parties whose data may appear in the report for any purpose other than the legitimate business of the Sender

5. Privacy

We process limited information when you access a Shared Report — including IP address, browser/device metadata, country (derived from your IP), and the contents of your AI chat messages where applicable — to provide and secure the Service and to provide analytics to the Sender. Our Privacy Policy describes our practices. The Sender's own privacy practices may also apply.

6. Disclaimers and liability

THE SHARED REPORT AND ANY AI RESPONSES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAILDAY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY MATTER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE VIEWER TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED US$100.

7. Governing law and disputes

These Viewer Terms are governed by Delaware law. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules, with venue in Wilmington, Delaware. You and Mailday waive any right to a class or representative action.
